Quinton Maurice, better known by his fans and followers as Super Dope Q is a 27-year old American musician and television superstar. Originally known for styling some of entertainments most iconic and influential figures, the triple threat has decided to step from camera and in front of them to pursue his dreams. The iconic stylist and fashion influencer has managed to build quite an impressive resume and cultivate fantastic relationships including those with Migos, Keke Palmer, Ceaser Emanuel & more. Q, who currently resides in NYC is a native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin where his love for fashion & music originated. As a young child, Q. developed an exquisite taste for voguish threads and proper fashion. Thanks to his parents instilling the importance of having “style with a statement,” the world of fashion has been in Q’s blood for as long as he can remember. Having discovered their son’s unique gift, Q’s parents would point out the latest cultural trends, specifically within hip-hop and entertainment, to help further his interest. Q’s style is influenced by the likes of Nas, Fabolous and many others. While a senior in high school, stetted in his own television show, “The Hollywood Scoop,” where he would report the latest in celebrity news and fashion trends. It was this moment that give Q his first taste of television fame and birthed the entertainer we know today. Q was also named his high school’s Homecoming King and won the “best-dressed” award, which should come as no surprise. After high school and moving into adulthood, Quinton carried this same swagger with his new life as he moved to the culture capitol Atlanta, GA. It was living in Atlanta, GA where Q coined his signature style of urban sophistication with a “super dope” twist. Q was quickly recognized as one of the industry’s most sought after stylists. He would later change his name to what the world know it as today, Super Dope Q. The successful entertainer also launched his own clothing line “Super Dope Closet” in his hometown of Milwaukee. He also has an online boutique fo those prefer the e-commerce way of shopping. It was these entrepreneurial ventures that helped Q bring his fashion and creative ideas to life. In recent months, the prominent entertainer made his cable network television debut as a regal on VH1’s Black Ink Crew New York. Insisting on making a name for hisself outside of his clients in fashion, Q used the platform to show the world who he is in multiple formats. In between show tapping and styling, Q is preparing to release his debut single “2Phat” on Roc Nation’s equity distribution platform. Outside fo the many business/entertainment endeavors, Q and his work has been featured top publications including VOGUE, multiple Rolling Out covers, VIBE Magazine and many others.
