When you submit an application or contact form we collect the personal information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, social media handles, and any additional information you choose to share (streaming links, monthly listeners, goals). If you consent to SMS updates we also store your consent record, including the timestamp and the phone number.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Review and respond to your artist application.
  • Communicate about your account, releases, or ongoing services.
  • Send you SMS updates about your application if — and only if — you opt in.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. SMS Messaging & Consent

SMS updates are strictly opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can text STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for support. Your mobile carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, payment processing via Stripe, email delivery), or when required by law. We never sell your personal information.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. You may also withdraw SMS consent by replying STOP to any message. To exercise these rights, email privacy@codeswitch.agency.

6. Data Retention

We retain application information for as long as we maintain an active or prospective relationship with you. Financial and royalty records are retained for the periods required by applicable law.
