Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CodeSwitch Agency website, the Artist Portal, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services or submitting an artist application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services.

2. Applications & Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when applying or updating your account. We may refuse or terminate access at our discretion, particularly if information is inaccurate or the account is used to violate these Terms.

3. SMS Communications

When you opt in to SMS updates, you consent to receive automated text messages related to your application and the Services at the phone number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the rest of the Services.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions (Premium, Premium Plus, and other billable tiers) are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Services you grant CodeSwitch a limited license to host, store, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing third-party rights, or attempting to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeSwitch will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
